DVD Alan Vega: Rockpalast & Alan Suicide: Collision Drive

from Alan Vega

DVD + Digital Album

FILM 1

Rockpalast (Rock Palace) is a German music television show that broadcasts live on German television station Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR). Alan Vega's performance was part of his 'Collision Drive' tour in 1982.

FILM 2

The exhibition 'Alan Suicide: Collision Drive' and the conversation were filmed on February 15 and March 16, 2002 at Deitch Projects in New York City. It was Alan Vega's first exhibition in 18 years.

Interestingly, both the Rockpalast show and the art exhibition were titled Collision Drive. A term that perhaps best describes Vega's art and music.
